In April 2023 the Friends of O.S. Gray Natural Area installed a Little Free Library next to the playground at the park. This library provides a place for community members of all ages to share and borrow free books. In our first year, we had about 1,400 books go through our library! Children’s books are particularly quick to go and so are the largest portion of what is in the library, but there are generally some books for teens and adults as well. One of our volunteers acts as steward for the library and keeps it stocked with books, as well as taking care of the flowers planted beneath it and other regular maintenance. Our steward sources books primarily from donations in the community. 

If you have books you would like to donate, please feel free to either leave them in the library or reach out to our library steward at osgraylittlefreelibrary@gmail.com or by messaging the library’s social media pages on Facebook or Instagram.
